Using the Law of Attraction to Overcome Anxiety

It is no secret that I'm very much a "power of positive thinking" type of person. But beyond that, I'ma believer in a philosophy of life generally known as "The Law of Attraction".

The Law of Attraction is a buzzword in business and personal development in recent years and there are many different interpretations of this principle, ranging from very sensitive to the most radical "since" some ideas from the gurus the New Age.

Personally, I first introduced this approach by the writings of famous psychologist Albert Ellis, who never actually used the term "law of attraction", but actually describe the same phenomena.

He shook his head in the psychological world, shouting "You are what you think." His work is nothing less than revolutionary, a recent study by the APA (American Psychological Association) has shown Ellis in the second most influential psychologist of all time (even before Freud!, Only pioneer humanist Carl Rogers).

So my faith in the appeal is based more on the clinic and found that wild-eyed and the more I studied this philosophy conjecture, but my life is better - all areas of my life, including my previous anxiety problem.

So what is the Law of Attraction? In its essence, is based on the scientific principle that "like molecules tend to attract" or "like attracts like." This was not suspected, scientists have understood this fundamental principle of nature for centuries.

However, the Law of Attraction goes a step further: the level of thinking. In other words, your thoughts attract or repel, as molecules do, you have literally everything in your life is drawn on the basis of their habitual way of thinking. Or as Albert Ellis describes: "You become what you think."

At this moment, you think: "Wait, Jon, tell them that caught my anxiety and / or panic attacks in my life?"

The short answer is yes. His usual way of thinking has brought fear and panic in your life. And if your usual way of thinking, change what is pulling - including fear.

Now some people are very uncomfortable with this idea. It places responsibility on the individual, and many people prefer not to accept this responsibility. It is easier in some aspects to take into the cause of our problems is beyond us, not what we do (and think). But ultimately, the "victim" approach is not satisfactory.

Without accepting his role in creating fear, never conquered. Step # 1 is always difficult to accept that you are responsible for anxiety - every bit of it. There can be no progress until the concept is understood and accepted.

Step 2 is to learn to calm your life and stop focusing on things that cause fear, or even anything related to anxiety. This is accomplished by being aware of what you give your attention in your daily life. I think this is an effective guardian of his mind. "

What it boils down to: you can not bring peace and happiness in his life, focused on fear and problems. It simply does not work that way. You must learn to concentrate solely on the good things good things to draw. And this is not as difficult as you might think.

Once you realize what's' on your radar "on a daily basis, it becomes easier and easier to shift their attention to other things that feel better and produce better results.

Remember it is all about giving it constant attention. That's really "has become what we think, so stop focusing on things that do not want in your life.
