The Law Of Attraction   It's About Frequency

Many of us have heard of the Law of Attraction - that like attracts like. However, many are confused about what this really means.

In my experience, like attracts like means that like frequency attracts like frequency. My high frequency attracts the things I want and my low frequency attracts the things I don't want.

The question then becomes, what raises or lowers frequency?

WHAT LOWERS FREQUENCY?

Anything that makes you feel down lowers your frequency. Here is a list of what I have found lowers frequency:

* INTENT TO CONTROL - When your desire is to control your feelings, as well as others and outcomes, you are operating out of your wounded self, which lowers your frequency. Even positive thoughts can lower your frequency when your intent is to control rather than be loving to yourself and others.

* NEGATIVE THINKING, RESENTMENT, JUDGMENT AND SELF-JUDGMENT - The lies you tell yourself from your ego wounded self lower your frequency. Feelings of fear, anxiety, depression, anger, guilt, shame, jealousy, and envy all have a low frequency, so any thought that comes from false beliefs and that creates these feelings lowers your frequency.

* RESISTANCE - The fear of being controlled by others, by God, or even by yourself, creates resistance, which lowers the frequency.

* ALCOHOL - While people might convince themselves that they raise their frequency when drinking, this is not true. Just because it may lower your stress, doesn't mean it raises your frequency.

* PRESCRIPTION DRUGS - Since prescription drugs are alien to the body, the body has to work to deal with them, which causes a lowering of frequency.

* RECREATIONAL DRUGS - A few recreational drugs - the kinds of drugs that indigenous people used infrequently to connect with Spirit - can raise your frequency for a short period of time. But frequent use has the opposite effect.

* FOOD - Fresh, whole organic food has a high frequency, but processed foods have a low frequency and lower the frequency of your body.

* LACK OF EXERCISE - Our bodies are meant to move; not moving lowers your frequency.

* LACK OF SLEEP - It is hard to have a high frequency when you don't get enough sleep.

* LACK OF WATER - Dehydration creates huge stress on the body, which lowers the frequency.

* NEGATIVE ENVIRONMENT - It is often hard to maintain a positive attitude when in a negative environment. We are affected both positively and negatively by others' frequency.

WHAT RAISES FREQUENCY?

* INTENT TO LEARN - Our free will to choose our intent in any given moment is the most powerful choice we have. Choosing to learn about loving ourselves and others, rather than choosing to protect/avoid/control is the major way we have of raising our frequency. This is why, when we think positively from an intent to control, in an attempt to manifest what we want, we are often not successful, as anything done from the intent to control - even positive thinking - lowers the frequency.

* POSITIVE THINKING - This might seem like a contradiction to the statement above, but it is about intent. When your intent in thinking positively is to be loving to yourself and support your highest good, this raises your frequency. When your intent in positive thinking is to control others and outcomes, then it lowers your frequency.

* FOOD - Fresh whole foods that are in alignment with your metabolism and that support your health, raise your frequency.

* EXERCISE - Exercise that you love and that makes you feel alive raises your frequency. Forcing yourself to do exercise that you don't like lowers your frequency.

* GETTING ENOUGH SLEEP - Sleep is vital for feeling good enough to be open to and connected with yourself, others and your spiritual Guidance. Being disconnected from ourselves lowers our frequency.

* DRINKING ENOUGH WATER - Being fully hydrated is vital to keeping your frequency high.

* BEING IN A PEACEFUL ENVIRONMENT - Being in nature, listening to music, and being around loving and accepting people raises your frequency.

* LOVE - Love and peace are the highest frequency feelings, so being loving to yourself and others, which creates inner peace, raises your frequency.

Like does attract like, so focus on keeping your frequency high and you will manifest your dreams!

Unless you've been living under a rock then there's a good chance that you've heard about how the law of attraction can help you to manifest good things into your life. You've maybe watched someone talk about it on Oprah or come across some writings on the internet. You've maybe even tried to put the law of attraction into practice and that's where you've hit a brick wall. All the "this is easy" stuff appears to be a thinly disguised "buy my product" sales pitch. So what can you do to start proving to yourself that the law of attraction really helps with manifestation?

Start by manifesting small stuff

The way the universe works is the same whether you're trying to manifest small stuff or bigger items. But because the universe is big and sometimes a lot needs to happen to make big stuff manifest itself, it's usually best to start small.

So pick on something slightly unusual - maybe a particular number of magpies, maybe an unusual color scarf - and set your mind to manifest that into your life.

What happens next is usually nothing short of a miracle. Instead of that group of 6 magpies being totally elusive, it seems that they're gathering almost everywhere you look. Of course, whether that helps turn something into gold is another matter. But you've proved to yourself that you really can manifest things into your life and you're ready to move onto bigger things.

Practice indifference

This sounds a bit odd at first. But think about it: it almost always seems that the thing you want most is actually keeping itself tantalisingly just out of reach.

Sometimes we push too hard for something and it actually senses that and avoids us.

So practice being indifferent as to whether something happens or doesn't happen.

That doesn't mean not caring at all. It actually means that you're equally happy whether or not whatever it is you're attempting to manifest ever appears or not. You're content in the here and now. The manifested item won't appear until the future, if it does at all. And if it does, you're ecstatic. And if it doesn't, you're still overjoyed with your position in life.

It's a fine art and not one that you'll likely get the hang of overnight but when you do, miracles will happen a lot more often in your life.

Act on your dream

This is the bit that often gets missed from those "you can do this in your sleep" promises.

To truly manifest something into your life using the law of attraction, you actually have to do stuff.

Maybe not much. Going back to our magpies it's just a case of actually paying attention to these black and white birds and hoping they'll stay still long enough for you to count to 6.

Maybe more. If you're going after your dream home then you first need to define what that is. For some people it's an apartment overlooking the whole city. For others, it's a plot of land with picket fence around it and lots of friendly neighbours. And for others it's a ranch with thousands of acres and wildlife roaming free.

If you don't take the time out to define what your dream is, you won't ever reach it because you won't know what it is and you won't be taking steps - however small - to achieve it.

Law of attraction and Learning to take life less seriously is never easy with today's hectic life style of wanting everything done yesterday. Criticism is not normally well received by anybody and although it's probably not meant in a negative way, people tend to be defensive if their peer's are finding fault in the things that they are doing.

If you can learn to take criticism in good spirits, you can then use that to your advantage for a positive effect in bringing your goals nearer, as although we all like to think we are right, sometimes hearing another point of view can give you valuable feed back and open up other opportunities to improve yourself.

By using The Law of Attraction to help you deal with any criticism, you can learn to face it head on and not get caught in the downward spiral of negative energy.

Try to take it all in away as to improve yourself, but always consider the source of the criticism. If you feel as if you are being attacked, try to take a step back and consider the following.

If you find the criticism hurtful, try to get the facts from them and not just the feelings, as sometimes people are just intent on bringing you down and not being constructive in any way.

When trying to get the facts, listen with your brain and try not to get to emotional, as if feelings run to high things get said out of context, then finding your way back to common ground can take a lot longer if feelings are hurt, instead of a useful dialogue.

Never be afraid to admit if you have down something wrong or made an error of judgement, as if people know that they can rely on you, they will be more confident in their dealings with you.

Sometimes you may feel the criticism is way too much but you need to accept the mistakes you make, and correct them. This can enhance your abilities and skills and keep you in a positive frame of mind.

You should try to be aware of other peoples feelings, even if they are not thinking of yours, and although it might be hard to accept the negative attitude shown towards you by friends or people at work, then by applying The Law of Attraction you can keep a more positive out look on negative criticism.

Abundance Affirmations And The Law of Attraction

More than likely you already use abundance affirmations every day. Most of us do this, however, from a negative perspective. In fact, it is hard NOT to succumb to the negative habit of emotional reaction. This is true especially when the majority of us have been raised and conditioned into this mindset!

Our minds are constantly working and when it comes to wealth, we all typically have strong emotions tied to this desire. Whether we simply want more money or we are enduring the burden of debt, there is usually a pretty defined emotion associated with our finances. Now as easy as it is to recognize productive feelings from destructive ones, so to do these same emotions define the limits of your financial future!

Whatever thoughts and beliefs you hold within your mind manifest into your life. You cannot hide from them. Any hidden thought and feeling returns to you and is felt again as a manifestation of what you asked for in this way. If you hate rich people out of jealousy and feel only bitter disappointment and anger when you think of money, guess what? You are only attracting MORE things into your life that will make you feel this way. Accept this and understand the gravity of the principle at work here. The law of attraction gives you in return exactly what you give out. The abundance affirmations that work for you are the thoughts, feelings, and beliefs you uphold and live by. Good or bad, what you give credence to within your mind is what will come into your life.

There is no force that will give to you the opposite of what you ask, no matter how hard you may try. If you hurt yourself by feeling horrible about money and repeat thoughts which intensify your negative emotions. And you do this in order to feel so bad that surely "something" good must happen, you will fail. You have only succeeded in creating a powerful, destructive, attracting force of equal negativity back into your life. What you give you receive. Childish emotional "fits" in the manner above are common, sadly enough. And if more people realized that their thoughts worked both ways I think there would be no shortage of truly happy people. You can either choose to use your mind for your benefit or allow it to drift into poor negative habits. Either way, you get what you ask for, which is always what you give first!

You have to be willing to accept responsibility for the power of your thoughts and emotions. You have to choose to think and feel what you want rather than don't want. You have to control your emotions and guard them with faith if you want to direct the law of attraction to manifest money. Then you will naturally begin to find and use the most powerful abundance affirmations available to you. For in reality, whatever thought-phrases you can come up with that you believe will elicit a powerful feeling of positivity within you. And the magic of this positive influence will work wonders throughout your life, including your bank account. If you can make yourself believe abundance affirmations such as "Money seems to come to me effortlessly and constantly!" All while producing within yourself the corresponding feelings of excitement, joy, and gratitude then it will work for you! If you think to yourself "I have so much money now that I can do whatever I want!" And you hold onto that feeling of freedom throughout your day, then you have empowered yourself by demanding it of the universe. The best abundance affirmations are quite simply whatever thoughts produce for you the most powerful positive feelings. Find them, save them, and use them as often as you can!

Ask yourself what you want most and start producing the feelings you want from them now. It is not "things" we desire in reality but the "feelings" associated with them. Recognize this and understand the power you hold. You have control over your thoughts and thereby your feelings as well. You are the director of your life. By choosing to feel ONLY the feelings you want to feel, as though you already have them, you attract your every desire into your life. This is the law of attraction and how you manifest money, health, and love into your reality. Your new-found personal abundance affirmations act the same as the systemic negative thoughts you have convinced your sub-conscious to believe in the past. Now it is up to you to replace those thoughts and beliefs with the positive ones that will change your life forever.

Dream of what you want to experience, and find the feelings you have when you own them in your mind as though you already have them now. The thoughts you have in these visualizations are the abundance affirmations which will manifest money, as well as every other thing you can imagine into your life. The opposing option is to continue automatically feeling negative about money out of the response habit of failure. Choose instead to have faith in the fact that feeling good about money will attract more reasons to feel good about money! What have you got to lose really? How far has feeling depressed about finances ever gotten anyone?

Make the decision now to change the way you feel, rather than wait for someone or something to "happen" which will make you feel how you want to. This is because ALL change must first begin from WITHIN if it is ever to manifest into reality. And it is from within this grateful mindset that we discover the most powerful of all abundance affirmations. Which happen to be the same two words we teach our children from the moment they learn to speak. THANK YOU!

Law Of Attraction And Getting What You Want - Are You An Attractive Person?

Attractiveness has much less to do with beauty than you might think. After all, wouldn't you rather be around a nice person than a pretty person that treated you poorly? "Love" and all its attributes - kindness, compassion, faith, gratitude, joy, etc - is the only truly attractive force; and, interestingly, the more love you give, the more attractive you become - and the more you receive. When your thoughts are grounded in Love, faith, trust, courage, and gratitude, you are a constant attractor; and you get more and more of what you want - and less of what you don't want.

While it is true that you must form a mental image of your desires in your mind in order to attract them; it is also true that your thoughts must generate, or stimulate, feelings and emotions within you that create an "attractive" field, aura, or "energy," around you. In other words, your thoughts should give off "good vibes." An example of someone giving-off "bad vibes" might be a person who says, "I was afraid that might happen," or, "There's no hope! All is lost...;" while the person giving-off "good vibes" will inspire faith and positive action. "Good vibes," by the way, are attractive; "bad vibes" are not.

You can certainly get some of the things you think you want by being dishonest or immoral; but, ultimately, what we all seek is peace - and that begins with peace of mind. Attractive people are much closer to peace of mind than those who have not yet managed to control or produce the thoughts required to generate a positive emotional state. Here are some traits, skills, or characteristics shared by most "attractive" people:

* Attentiveness
* Kindness
* Compassion
* Gratitude
* Generosity
* Willingness
* Trust
* Courage
* Joy
* Creativity

There are definite physical benefits of maintaining a positive emotional state - less stress, better health, and more energy, for starters. Though physical appearance is not on this list, the person who possesses these attributes will be seen by most other people as being attractive; and, people will naturally want to be around this person. Associations, connections, and proximity to opportunities are just some of the benefits of developing an attractive attitude and personality; peace, joy, and satisfaction from those opportunities, meetings, and relationships, are just a few other obvious benefits of becoming an "attractive" person.

Meditation and the Law of Attraction

People have been meditating for ages, but not many people in the west know that the practice of meditation not only brings peace of mind, but also helps to attract things that we want.

There are lots of people now that have not heard of the Law of Attraction. A universal law that states that we attract into our lives what we think about most. Basically we attract to us what we spend time thinking about. So if you are constantly worrying about being lonely, you are attracting into your life more loneliness. A lot of people also heard of meditation, a practice used by millions to help calm their minds, regain focus and improve their lives. Together they are a powerful tool to help to transform your life.

We must understand that the Law of Attraction is working all the time whether we want it or not. We can't turn off the law of gravity. Similarly we can't turn off the law of attraction. It is a law that guides the way our universe works. What we need to do is to control the way it is working for us. We must make it work for us, not against us. To do this we have to work with our minds in a healthy and conscious way so that we are able to bring into our lives happiness, abundance, prosperity, peace and health. Meditation will help us to do this. Meditation helps us to achieve mindfulness. Mindfulness is a method of becoming aware of everything that takes place in our individual scope of perception. Through mindfulness we are able to pay attention to and to understand what it is we think, sense and feel.



Mindfulness, through meditation brings all of our subconscious thoughts to light. This is very important because it is most often those subconscious thoughts that sabotage our lives and manifest more things that we do not want. Meditation is a passive process of understanding, so we aren't going to be trying to do anything with those negative subconscious thoughts other than to become aware that we have them, and to become aware of what they are. We will be able to see for ourselves the parallels between those subconscious thoughts and the things that we have manifested in our lives.

The key with meditation is not to turn the mind off, which is impossible; the point is to get in tune with our mind. We must accept what those thoughts are, regardless of whether they are bad or good, we should not attach emotion to them. Meaning that if the thought is negative we should not get upset by it, and if the thought is good we should not throw a party. We should simply pay both types of thought the same amount of attention.

Meditation helps us to achieve mindfulness which then allows us to take control of our lives and for many people it'll be the first time to take a proactive role in their lives. Instead of reacting to what we think and feel we will be in touch with the deeper aspect of ourselves. By not getting attached to our thoughts and feelings we will be able to delve deeper and act from that place so that we are attracting what we really want to. I urge you to give meditation a try. Become mindful of your thoughts and actions and see what a difference it can make in your life when you have control of it.

If you would like to know how to meditate, here is a simple meditation. You will want to find a space where you can sit comfortably and will be free of distractions for about fifteen minutes. Remember that you are not trying to turn off your mind; you want to calm the mind. To do this you need to focus on one thing, whether it is your own breathing, a single word, a single sound, you should focus on it.

Make sure that you are doing proper breathing, which is inhaling through the nose at a slow steady pace, feeling the breath working its way into your body and moving down into your lungs all the way to your diaphragm, and then you slowly and steadily let the air out, feeling it leaving your body the same way it came in. Breathe this way the entire time you are meditating.

The Law Of Attraction - What Do You Believe?

The basic idea that seems to be spouted out these days whenever we hear about the right of attraction is the "We got what we think the most". So most of us might think at first glance, if we only do something to change our opinions, our lives will automatically change.

However, it is not quite so simple. It remains an important element is that we often SABOTAGE our efforts because of a deep faith that we are not aware of ... our hidden saboteurs .... that can block or the migration of our energy thinking pure vibration.

So it makes sense to spend some time working to clear this first. A very common saboteur is the conviction that we "do not deserve" whatever it is that we say we want.This means that even if you always visualize the perfect job, or finally free of your chronic back pain, or finding your perfect partner, unless you think you deserve it you are much less likely to drag it to your life.



Among them, there is a stronger message is sent to the universe: "I do not deserve to have, '" or "I am pleased with this semi impasse job" or "I'm never a good sleep again and again."

With this kind of faith in the place you are more likely to win things and events confirm that you do not deserve more better than what you already have.Because these thoughts or beliefs are stronger than what you hope to to replace it. So what we need to do is the first to identify and clear these deeper convictions have been sabotaged as the shift of our deeper and more substantial joyous true self.

All that prevents a person not happy the pain layered on top. You can cut through the layers are in reality only the patterned, solid reactions that have been handed to you from your parents. If you can do this again with your inner wisdom, your child wise zurückzuverlangen your natural spontaneous and joyful self. A child plays in the complete innocence of life and to assume, without a doubt that whatever she wants, is already there for them. Close to the playful child inside of you, by the imagination of the clown.

As we grow older we lose our connection with our innocent and spontaneous sense of fun. But through laughter and stupidity, we can back our enthusiasm for life and it makes more sense. It will relax and strengthen your decisions.

If you have faith in yourself, if you really believe in you and trust that everything is already there just waiting for you to say, you can visualize what you want to see in your life and expect it to something happen.Then seems magical. It is as if something "inspire" in the universe to make it happen, to pave the way for everything to come to you.

Brandon Bays, in her book "The Journey" describes how she came to the realization in their recovery from cancer, it is "the adherence to the cancer instead of cancer adherence to her. In other words, although they also wanted to, at first, she was still sticking to their old belief that the cancer was' out to her. "It is not surprising that this initial belief that the world" to "Considering the physical abuse they suffered in childhood. But there was a limit to the faith Nonetheless - limiting their access to their own inner size - and must be before they open and to believe in their own wonderful healing power .

When they did, they opened in this greater faith in their own ability to heal, and the cancerous tumor disappeared, so that they continue to live their lives in perfect health. And all this happened within the short space of only a few weeks

So the good news is that although you may have some sabotaged, limiting beliefs hidden inside of you, you can clear them up and make way for convictions that are more in line with plenty of life in all areas of your life .

Animal Law Of Attraction

Have you ever noticed that the animals live in the moment? I have never seen an animal actually reflect what his future. He goes with each moment and act accordingly. He does not even question the Universe and lives his life to the fullest. No questions, only joy and understanding.

The animals have an inane ability to love unconditionally. They do not hold it against you if you accidentally step on their tails. You can run at the moment but they come back Loving You, even more than before.

Have you ever seen a calf in the spring? You get so excited, just the thought of spring and is alive, that they jump and run unchecked through joy.

They know that if their physical body is tired, lie down and rest and rejuvenate the body. If they play, they forget about everything else. You can play until they hardly breathe. They enjoy every moment of the piece and then collapse from exhaustion, but it is a wonderful exhaustion full of memories of the joy that they just created.


Have you seen a mother with her cat kittens? As no matter what they do or how often they mew she licks her and she loves. It maintains it no matter what they may be saying to her. Mother cat has no agenda to expect their cats to be what she wants to instead of what they are able to achieve.

How about a baby elephant with his family? Each elephant in the family helps take care of the little guy. There are no complaints, but actually help each other in joy through life. They rule with their hearts and know what to do with their kids. They maintain all the little tyke and take him for walks, while the Mom a break. If you're not feeling well, they all gather around and help the one that may have a leg injured. They use their trunks to lift the one with the injured leg to help him along. They clearly respect and love each other, no matter what they see or feel.

They always have an abundance of what they need around them. They do not worry that they will not be there, they have no doubt that they will not be there, they expect wealth and it will with love in their hearts for the universe to know they are taking care of.

You do not see animals, everything they can do to extend life. Only "." They know that they in a physical life cycle and that one day they will be one with the universe. Do not worry ... only ".

Some say that people are smarter than animals, but do we really know? They give us signals to let us know what they want, when they have become domesticated but if we really spoke their language, they would actually smarter on a spiritual level?

We may speak different languages, but they seem to have the right to live the life and operation of The Law of Attraction. They may not know it, but they are doing and see examples all through their life cycles. I think we could learn a thing or two about how to live by our furry and wonderful animal friends.

Using Words To Invoke The Law Of Attraction

In the thought, word, deed formula of words are added the second level and therefore very powerful. What you speak of often relying on the law of attraction and the process starts to manifest in your life. Your spiritual growth tells you to be careful of the words you speak, because they are powerful manifesters.

The secret of the use of words and the law of attraction is aware of your thoughts, words and deeds, and only these words say that in consultation with your wishes. Let us take an example and say that you are at a funeral and you consciously or unconsciously to choose, "sad".

Okay, so everything starts with a thought. We have consciously or unconsciously a choice to pursue this idea of the "sad." Now we are thinking and move them on the second level of creation, the word.

Word is our desire from the inner world of thinking and sets the desire to the external world of physicality. We speak words of mourning.


Our primary objective was to create sadness over the three-step process of thought, word and deed. We have thoughts of sadness that it is either conscious or unconscious thoughts. We have chosen a conscious decision, "sad" or unconsciously, we have a choice of "sad". Either way, we will pursue this concept called grief, and if we make that decision, we begin to turn our attention to the process.

As we begin, "not sad" we pull us words of sorrow that we begin to formulate either consciously or unconsciously. You see, the second level of creation, Word, is affected, whether we are conscious or unconscious in our quest for "sad".

This is very important because we speak the words and the emotional speech, or power with whom we are talking about is very influential in our institution like the "sad" will manifest themselves.

Unfortunately, we can not see in most cases, how strong our words. The selection of the words we use and how we say it is crucial how the universe will respond to them.

With this powerful four-word sentence in your head when you're done spoken words that are designed to give you what you want: "And it is."

If you state, "I want to end this sadness" (it is) you will see that the universe sends appeal back to you in response to your request. It will continue "," that you requested. See how powerful your words?

As stated in the previous chapter, the most effective words are words of thanks. This takes the protection of your request and moved it from a group of lack of a category of gratitude for its existence. And so it is. The universe hear the appreciation in the complaint and send you more of the same. "I thank the universe for the termination of my sadness." And so it is. See the difference?

Place yourself in the position of the universe and to understand that the universe is back to you, what you proclaim to the universe. If you want to announce something, the universe be interpreted that a lack of what you want and that is reflected back to you as a continued lack of what you want.

If you have a statement of gratitude, then you are proclaiming that you already have, what you want, and the universe reflects the return to you by using more of what you are grateful for.

Following this logic, you see that the best policy is grateful for each thing comes into your life because you created and co-created it all anyway. Then it's just a matter of knowledge to determine what creations serve you and not for you.

If some aspects of your body does not seem to you, then bless him and let him go. You are free to choose again from the infinite variety of options available, and you will see whether the new creation.

Remember, you are in the entire election in all matters in any moment of the present.

Okay, now we have consciously or unconsciously from the election to "sad" about the idea that you think, then speak the words of sadness, reflected this concern and exposed them to the external world.

You close your body with the third part of the equation added, is the fact. Thoughts, words and deeds.

Law Of Attraction Works Best With Realization

Most people are not familiar or have never heard the word "realization" in dealing with the law of attraction. That was the main reason why most people continue to get what they want and not fight to get what they want.

Realization is about "you realize Attracted Everything in Your Life". It does not matter good or bad, what you want or do not want. Whatever is happening in your life now, you moved it. This is the realization part you got to go through if you want to use the law of attraction effective.

What is the use of it?

Most people do not believe that they withdrew it. You want to still believe that the world, government, people or events around them affect their lives. Thinking in such a way is not a success with The Law of Attraction. If you think others have done it, you think that the situation will not change until they change. If they do not change, you will think that the situation change!


For example: You want a doctorate. They are, however, also think that you can not get that promotion, because your boss is lousy. The Law of Attraction = Is Action Required?

As a Law of Attraction coach, I am often asked: "Do I need to take measures to attract what I want in my life and, if so, what is the role of action in the process of creating my life?"

The concept of "taking action" is a major obstacle for many people trying to use the Law of Attraction, and I also have struggled with this from time to time. I think the definitive answer to these questions can be found in Wallace Wattle the classic book of 1906, "The Science of Getting Rich."

This "somewhat" involved taking effective measures for the improvement of all humanity, not just the individual. When sitting to learn something, start thinking positive thoughts about yourself as a student. Every time I sit down to study or read, to begin by saying, "I am a good student. I can understand this." You can add more if you like, but that is enough.

The best way to make it work for you is to align your mind, body, and spirit with your intentions.

The consciousness theory is that God is in all things and works through all things. We are all made up of this "God-stuff" that connects the entire universe together. This stuff is called "consciousness." Consciousness is more than just thinking, which is merely an imagistic and linguistic representation of sense phenomena. Consciousness is the entire spectrum of awareness. However, all you need to create something is some elementary thinking. Your thoughts create your reality. You attract what you imagine and focus on.

The quantum theory is that all atoms in the universe are connected and influence each other. The observer is not independent of the experiment and through the act of observation changes it. Your thoughts send out a magnetic signal to bring about a parallel expression of your image.

How do you make the Law of Attraction work for you?

The process begins by deciding what you want. You should then visualize and feel it as if it has already happened. Finally, let it go.

Sometimes this is enough for something to show up in your reality. At other times, you may have to repeat it a few times. There are no certain rules about it. It really depends on an intuitive grasp of what works best for you.

Often you get approximately what you wanted. Occasionally, you get exactly what you wanted. And, on rare occasions, you get something better than what you wanted.

What determines the quality of the outcome is how clearly you claim it before it shows up. The clearer and more specific the idea, the higher the feeling tone, the more the conviction of it having it now, the better the results will be.

The time for it to show up also varies considerably. It could range from an hour to a year. Again, the clarity and intensity of your mental projection is what determines the speed of delivery.

There are other things, too, that you can do to get better results.

One is to allow your mind to dwell and focus on the idea and be open to new insights and to explore new perceptions. You can look for people, places, or books that will give you more information.

You get what your mind focuses on. The more conscious you can make your focus, the faster it shows up, and the better the quality.

When you project a desire and let it go, the universe goes to work to bringing that pattern into your experience.

Action on your part can help considerably.

Action does two things: it creates congruence with your thoughts and feelings, so all parts of you are in alignment with your desire; and, it creates channels for you to receive.

The Law of Attraction can give you everything you want in your life, but you have to be willing to work with it in an open and experimental fashion before you can master its nuances. It works if you work it.

Meditation also benefits your application of the Law of Attraction. Meditation provides emotional healing. A calm, peaceful mind has much more magnetic power than a scattered, confused mind. Our turbulent emotions are what creates difficulties in manifesting what we truly desire.

By aligning your thoughts, feelings, and actions with what is good, true, and beautiful for you, you can heal your life and improve the world. With the Law of Attraction, you can get the happiness that you deserve.
